As part of an in store-handover project, in which the team designed the service ‘curbside pickup’ or ‘click and collect’, I was tasked to create concept signage in order to aid in the customers experience when entering the store to collect their orders.
The aim was to showcase how to reduce friction in the journey, and to make the customers experience as efficient as possible.
Project Specifics
The signage concepts aided in the design of the service by showing the importance of clear communication with the customers, in order to avoid bottlenecks or unnecessary queues when in store.
I was tasked to aid in the creation of these mockups due to my background in graphic design – combined with my experience in experience design, we were able to present these to stakeholders in order to get buy in on the project globally.
You can see pages from the presentation below – please note logos, websites and company names have been omitted.
*This page was produced in collaboration with my colleague – the isometric store view was created by Leevi Moore, signage implemented by me.
